Down-to-earth regional cooking awaits you in a family-run, cosy atmosphere. We value traditional dishes, seasonal ingredients and food that simply tastes good.

While the chef keeps an eye on the kitchen, his wife looks after our guests in the restaurant with great warmth. This is how we combine personal hospitality with cooking that is down-to-earth, regional and rooted in tradition.

Our restaurant is housed in a historic half-timbered building that has been part of Beuren for centuries. Old beams, rooms full of nooks and the traditional character of the house give the Adler its special atmosphere.

Questions about our restaurant

Can I eat at Restaurant Adler without staying at the hotel?

Yes, our restaurant is also open to guests who are not staying at the Adler.

Is the restaurant accessible?

Access to the restaurant is via a step about 15 cm high. An accessible WC is available in the restaurant.

Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?

Yes, dogs are welcome. Out of consideration for other guests, however, dogs may not be placed on benches or chairs.

Are there high chairs?

Yes, high chairs are available for our little guests.

Is there parking at the restaurant?

Yes, our guests may use the parking at the house – 20 private spaces and two coach spaces.

Can I reserve a table?

Yes. Table reservations are strongly encouraged so that we can prepare your visit as well as possible. You can reach us by phone on +49 7554 323.

Can food intolerances be taken into account?

By prior arrangement we can cater for certain intolerances and dietary wishes. Please mention them when you reserve.

Can I hold family celebrations or other events at the Adler?

Yes. With the Poststube, Bauernstube, Jägerstube and function hall, various rooms are available for different occasions.
