Welcome to Hotel Adler in Salem-Beuren – a historic half-timbered house with character, history and true hospitality.
For generations the Adler has stood for warm hospitality and the special connection between tradition and life on Lake Constance. Whoever stays with us experiences not a run-of-the-mill hotel but a house with personality: historic atmosphere meets modern comfort and the relaxed hospitality of a house rich in tradition.
Our hotel is located in Beuren, a district of the municipality of Salem in the Lake Constance district. From here you can comfortably reach many of the region’s most beautiful sights. The famous Salem Palace, the Affenberg monkey park and the village of Heiligenberg are very close by. Lake Constance, Meersburg and numerous cycling and hiking trails are also quickly reached.
After an eventful day, a cosy room, a good breakfast and the personal atmosphere of our house await you. The Adler is a piece of Lake Constance history – personal, down-to-earth and warm-hearted.

Home-made jams, fresh fruit salad and egg dishes to order, daily from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. or earlier by arrangement. Gluten-free bread, lactose-free products and a pork-free breakfast are possible by prior arrangement.
Under the same conditions we guarantee you the best room rate. In addition, not all available rooms can always be booked via the big booking portals – a direct enquiry pays off.
Check-in from 5:30 p.m.; we hold your room until 7:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. For arrivals on Tuesday or Wednesday, please arrange your arrival with us in advance.
20 private parking spaces are available to you free of charge, plus two coach parking spaces for travel groups.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Your dog may join you on holiday – by prior arrangement. A fee of €7 per dog and night applies for the overnight stay.
Travelling with children or need a special solution because of a food intolerance? Just ask us. As a family-run house we value personal service.

No. Our half-timbered house, more than 500 years old, has no lift; some rooms are reached by stairs. If your mobility is limited, please contact us before booking.
No, our rooms do not have air conditioning. The historic structure of our house makes every room unique.
